Hello! My name is Victoria Phung. After graduating from the University of Houston, I've moved back to Keller, my hometown, and fallen in love with music teaching. I teach voice, piano and ukulele. 

Music has played a big role in my growth. I started playing piano since I was 8, and I've been in choir throughout middle school and college. 

I believe music inspires me to stay creative and expressive. My highschool voice lesson teachers encouraged my bubbly but shy personality to compete for UIL and All state. However, my favorite music memories are rooted in highschool broadway spring shows and my acapella group in college. 

I believe music fosters community and connection. I want my students to feel heard and have a safe place to be expressive. I want them to enjoy the journey of learning. While becoming a better musician, I hope they can become better humans as well having dedication, skill and creativity.

In my free time I love to paint, read and take long walks.
